Assisting fellow creative, Scott Holthaus of Happy Machine Design, to bring his minimalistic design for Alice in Chains to life. This show, for the iconic Seattle grunge band, used just the right blend of scenic elements, lighting, and video to create the perfect backdrop. A 10,000 lb. metal, beaded wall from ShimmerScreen surrounded the stage and hosted video to challenge the status quo of typical projection surfaces and help redirect the energy of the show back to the audience. The design also included vertical LED screens that extended toward the audience like fingers to grab their attention and immerse them in not only a concert, but an experience
